1. Consultation services 1.1. The consultation fee is paid for:
- reserving the specialist’s time;
- preliminary review of the client’s information;
- preparation for the consultation.
1.2. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
1.3. The client is entitled to reschedule the consultation once, provided that notice is given no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
1.4. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a second rescheduling request, or the client’s failure to attend the consultation is considered a service rendered. In such cases, the paid amount is not refunded and cannot be transferred.
1.5. If the consultation cannot be held due to the service provider’s initiative, the client will be offered: rescheduling the consultation to another date, or a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Applying the consultation fee towards further services 2.1. If, within 30 calendar days from the consultation date, the client decides to proceed with further cooperation, the consultation fee may be credited towards the payment of subsequent services at the service provider’s discretion.
2.2. After the above period has expired, the consultation fee is not eligible to be credited or refunded.
3. Individual services(concierge services, consulting, tourism, visa support)
3.1. The cost of concierge services, consulting, tourism-related services, visa support and other individual services is determined on an individual basis and is confirmed by the fact of payment.
3.2. Once the service has started (including, but not limited to):
- reviewing the request and documents;
- selecting options and strategies;
- preparing forms, letters, questionnaires, and applications;
- making bookings, negotiations, and organisational actions;
- communication with third parties,
- the payment is non-refundable, even if the client decides to discontinue cooperation.
3.3. The client’s refusal of the service, change of plans, personal circumstances, or change of intentions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3.4. In exceptional cases, prior to the actual start of the service, the possibility of a partial refund may be considered individually, taking into account:
- the scope of work completed;
- actual expenses incurred;
- the specialist’s time spent.
4. Third-party services 4.1. As part of tourism and concierge services, Visa Pass Pro Limited may act as an intermediary in booking third-party services, including but not limited to:airlines;
- hotels;
- transportation companies;
- excursion and service providers.
4.2. Cancellation and refund terms for such services are governed by the policies of the relevant third parties.
4.3. Visa Pass Pro Limited is not responsible for cancellations, changes of terms, or refusal to provide services by third parties and does not issue refunds, except where a refund has actually been received from the third party.
5. No guarantee of results 5.1. Decisions regarding visas, residence permits, travel authorisations, citizenship, and other matters are made exclusively by the competent government authorities of the relevant countries and/or third parties.
5.2. Visa Pass Pro Limited does not influence such decisions and cannot guarantee a positive outcome.
5.3. Refusal, delays, or any other decisions made by government authorities and/or third parties do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Refund method 6.1. In cases where a refund is provided under this Policy, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within the timeframes set by the payment provider.
